Our Sessions
Three ways to make stillness part of your week.
A single session, a coaching block, or a year-long membership — choose the level of involvement that fits where you are right now.
Our Approach
How Lapang sessions are structured
Every Lapang session follows the same basic rhythm: a settling-in period, a gentle introduction to the practices being covered, a period of guided breathing and quieting, and a short closing to ease back into the rest of the day. The structure doesn't change much between sessions — and that's intentional. Familiarity with the form means participants spend less mental energy orienting themselves and more time simply being present.
The educational thread runs through everything. Rather than just guiding participants through a practice, facilitators explain what each breathing pattern is doing — what it tends to shift in the body, how it relates to a sense of settling. Participants leave knowing something, not just having experienced something.
Across the three options — drop-in, coaching block, and membership — the methodology stays consistent. What changes is the depth and continuity. A single drop-in is a complete experience in itself. The coaching block builds a personalised daily routine over six sessions. The membership provides ongoing practice and a community to practise alongside.
None of the three requires prior experience. The most important thing is showing up. The practices do the rest.
Calm Breathing Drop-In
RM 450 · Single session
A single relaxed group session introducing simple breathing and quieting practices for busy days. Gentle and beginner-friendly, with an easy audio guide to keep. There's nothing to prepare and no requirement to attend again — though most people want to.
- Approximately 75 minutes including settling-in and wind-down
- Small group of 4–8 participants
- Guided audio recording to take home
- No follow-up obligation
How it flows:
- 01 Arrive and settle into the room (10 min)
- 02 Introduction to the breathing patterns being covered (15 min)
- 03 Guided practice — breathing and quiet awareness (35 min)
- 04 Closing reflection and audio guide distribution (15 min)
Best for:
People who are curious about breathwork and want to try it once before committing to anything more. Also good for returning participants who want an occasional top-up session.
Relaxation Routine Coaching
RM 1,700 · Six sessions
A six-session coaching block building a short daily breathing and relaxation routine that fits your schedule. Sessions are paced softly with friendly check-ins between meetings. By the end, you'll have a 10–15 minute daily practice that feels genuinely manageable.
- Six one-to-one or paired sessions (60 min each)
- Personalised routine built around your actual schedule
- Gentle check-ins via message between sessions
- Written summary of your routine at the end
- Typically spread across 6–10 weeks at your preferred pace
Coaching block arc:
- 01 Sessions 1–2: understanding your current patterns and starting points
- 02 Sessions 3–4: building and testing a short personal routine
- 03 Sessions 5–6: adjusting, strengthening, and closing with a clear plan
Best for:
People who want a daily breathing practice but struggle to build one alone, or who would benefit from a more personalised structure than a group session offers.
Year of Calm Membership
RM 4,000 · Annual
An ongoing membership with regular group sessions, seasonal themes, and a growing library of recorded relaxation practices. A gentle, long-term way to make space for stillness — without the pressure of a fixed programme.
- Regular group sessions throughout the year (typically twice monthly)
- Four seasonal themes — different focus each quarter
- Access to recorded practice library (updated regularly)
- Priority booking for drop-in and special sessions
- No automatic renewal — confirmed with you at year's end
Seasonal themes:
- Q1 Foundation — building a relationship with breath
- Q2 Expansion — longer, slower practices for sustained quiet
- Q3 Integration — bringing practices into daily movement and rest
- Q4 Settling — end-of-year practices around restoration and reflection
Best for:
People who have tried a drop-in or coaching block and want a longer-term way to keep breathing practice in their lives, alongside a consistent community.

Across All Sessions
What every session includes
Safe, considered space
Sessions are run at a pace that no one is pressured to exceed. Participants can step out, skip a practice, or simply sit quietly at any point.
Post-session feedback
Every session ends with an optional short feedback form. Responses are read carefully and shape how sessions are refined over time.
Participant privacy
Booking information and anything shared in sessions stays within Lapang. We don't pass personal details to any third parties.
No expectation of continuing
Whether you attend once or regularly, Lapang won't follow up to push you toward booking more sessions. Contact happens only when you initiate it.
Clear educational framing
Sessions are structured as education, not as a regulated service. Facilitators explain what they're sharing and stay within that scope throughout.
Clean, quiet venue
The Jalan Gaya studio is maintained with attention to air quality, temperature, and sound. The environment is part of the practice.
